Current Music: it ends tonight - All american rejects
Fergalicious(so delicious)
But I ain't promiscuous
And if you was suspicious
All that shit is fictitious
I blow kisses (mmmwwahhh)
That puts them boys on rock, rock
And they be lining down the block just to watch what I got
I am addicted to this song...haha, it's so catchy. It's WAY better than any stupid Gwen Stefani song! :-p she has her own style, not a marilyn monroe complex...anyways. Hoping to go out tonight with my fellow co-workers. I'm glad I am starting to have a group of people to hang out with, not that anyone will ever be as awesome as my grove city crew. miss you all! What would top this year is a septone reunion and karoake duets with jess and austin.
Well, that is all. I'm working two jobs. I got an A in my anatomy class - yay. I have two classes scheduled next quarter. And with two jobs that will certainly add to the stress but I think I will survive.

Current Music: michael buble - grown up christmas list
Well, it's december and the weather is just now finally starting to act like it's winter. I have been working a lot, studying for the last leg of my online anatomy course. I met with a personal trainer the other day, i have 2 more free sessions. Then I might join his PT boxing class which he only takes like 5 people and said he would save the last spot for me if I decided to do it. Which I probably will because it would be cheaper than paying him to meet once a week just myself.
Today my sister and I went shopping and it was a perfect time to do it. It was just after some storms had rolled through, the wind was still a bit strong, so not too many people were out since it was a half inside mall, half outside. Throughout all the house/kitchen stores we went into, my sister now knows pretty much everything I've gotten her for Christmas, because she went up to these certain objects and would say "oooh, I need this" and my cold reply would be as follows, "you don't need that right now" and she would chuckle and say, "ok". My mom is out of town this weekend, so my dad took us ladies out to dinner - to his favorite place...haha. He loves fried oysters, ick. I got a filet mignon, mmm - i like my meat to be a little pink and juicy...but this was one super thick piece of filet and when i cut into it, it was still blood red in the middle...so they cooked it a little more and then i delighted myself with its tenderness, melt in my mouth deliciousness. Then I went to babysit this little girl that I took care of back in October. She loves horses, so I took her out to see my sisters new horse. Ellie was as cute as ever and behaved very well, and cute. Then I decided at the last minute, since we were so close to the COlumbus zoo, why not go over there to see all the pretty christmas lights they put up EVERYWHERE at Christmas time. Cause why else would people go to the zoo in the winter, most of the aniamals are not out to be seen. My sister came along and we all got hot chocolate and walked around the pretty lights amidst all the teenage high school couples and the guys with their letter jackets...haha, why they think that makes them cool...they will realize has no gain in popularity in college.
I currently have no voice, curtesy of the latest bug going around. I hope it doesn't get any worse. Well, it is late and I have to work tomorrow and play down town for this thing with my church group which should be interesting in the cold weather.
Current Music: You raise me up - Josh Groban
I took some time (which i do not do often enough) to just sit down and read my bible this morning. And, as usual, God always points me to the words i need to hear/see. Today I found comfort in Proverbs. A wonderful book, I know I have read many of the verses before, but different ones always stand out more depending on your life situation at the time. Here are a few that I starred:
Prov.
13:12- Hope deferred makes the heart sick,
but a longing fulfilled is a tree of life.
14:21- He who despises his neighbor sins,
but blessed is he who is kind to the needy.
26 - He who fears the Lord has a secure fortress,
and for his children it will be a refuge.
27- The fear of the Lord is a foundtain of life,
turning a man from the snares of death.
31- He who oppresses the poor shows contempt for their Maker,
but whoever is kind to the needy honors God.
15:13 - A happy heart makes the face cheerful,
but heartache crushes the spirit.
30 - A cheerful look brings joy to the heart,
and good news gives health to the bones.
33 - The fear of the Lord teaches a man wisdom,
and humility comes before honor.
HERE are my favorites:
16: 1-3
To man belong the plans of the heart,
but from the Lord comes the reply of the tongue.
All a man's ways seem innocent to him,
but motives are weighed by the Lord.
Commit to the Lord whatever you do,
and your plans will succeed.
9 - In his heart a man plans his course,
but the Lord determines his steps.
Hope this is a nice refreshing read to those few of you that read my journal. It certainly was for me :) Have a good thanksgiving. My Thanksgiving is going to consist of wednesday night when I go out with my family for my mom's birthday. There is a reason we aren't doing a meal on thursday - we're going up to Cleveland fri. and sat. to help my cousin move and my mom didn't want to leave leftovers sitting in the fridge for a few days. I don't mind, I think it would be funny to order pizza or something for thanksgiving (if a pizza place is open, or just buying one and cook it for thanksgiving).

I will seek and find you...
I shall take you to bed and have my way with you
I will make you ache, shake and sweat until you moan and groan.
I will make you beg for mercy, beg for me to stop.
I will exhaust you to the point that you will be relieved when i'm finished with you.
And, when I am finished, you will be weak for days.
All my love,
The flu
Now get your mind out of the gutter and go get your flu shot!
This was posted in (no customer could see it, hehe) the pharmacy and I thought it was just too funny not to share.

splurge

Current Music: the cure (it's growing on me)
well, the title of my subject has many meanings...for one, i am going to try and splurge all the details from this weekend, but i don't think you want me to re-splurge what i splurged in eat 'n park friday night. or nick and chris's splurges...they will not be shown here.
It was a regular little reunion at the grove this past weekend. It was good to see people for the short visit i was there for which really only consisted of friday night. I did see the arnolds and other professors the next morning, in the same clothes i had on the night before, and i hadn't taken a shower, and i was hungover....LOL...although, i don't think munson would of had a clue...but anyways. Kevin, Chris, JJ, Rackel, and Mel all drove in to see the musical friday night then we proceeded to chit-chat after the play with various people. Kevin did put his butt right in bev's face at intermission. and she smacked him. Dr. konzen showed us where the organ would be going and like a giddy little school boy informed us it was coming in the morning at 7 am and that it was more exciting than christmas...somehow i don't see how the organ thing is more exciting than our savior being born...maybe he just meant present wise? People were hungry so we went to elephant and castle, but like i tried to tell everyone, since we farted around talking to people after the play we missed the cut-off point for food at E & C. we decided that later we would either go to E&P to sober up or run across the road to sheetz then return to E&C.
I proceeded to buy everyone shots, and whenever i bought someone a shot, i of course had to do one with them. pictures were taken, shots were dranken, and stomachs were shaken. nick smith emptied his at E&C...chris and i managed to wait until we were at E&P; however, chris had a good excuse, he had not had any dinner, so that is not fair to the stomach. although, the last few hours of the night are a blur after my little emotional breakdown with mel which dampened my spirits the rest of the evening but i tried to act like i was having a good time. I was, it just might not have shown. We then walked back to the cars which i remember kevin guiding me, but i was walking pretty well on my own. Then melissa came out at north to meet me and i went back to her room and crashed on the couch.
the next morning i slowly made my way to my car which was parked outside of pew. Got some breakfast and liquids to replenish my body from the night before then went back and watched a few movies until melissa got done with work. We went shopping at the outlets which was INSANE. There were so many people there. I did some christmas shopping and then we got the H-E-L-L out of there. Which still took us 15 or 20 minutes just to get to the main road from the back exit. Then we went to ben's for dinner, yummy. then stopped at walmart on the way back. then went back and crashed and watched the new pride and prejudice. which in the middle of we made an arby's/sheetz run then came back and finished the movie. Then i drove home this morning, went to my lab, found out i did extremely well on last week's test and lab practical - made my day for a short period. So, that is my run-down of the weekend. Hope everyone else had an exciting weekend and have a good week.
hasta la vista (my dad and i watched terminator 3 just a bit ago) ha.

hello all, i haven't posted in a while because i haven't had anything fun or happy to post. And since i don't like dwelling or talking about sad things, i haven't posted anything in a while. This is barely going to be a post anyways...i liked this silly little quiz so here it is:
I LOVE ITALY! I want to go there someday, perhaps live there for a summer or something. THAT, would be so awesome.

![]() You're a big city girl with a small town heart Which is why you're attracted to the romance of Rome Strolling down picture perfect streets, cappuccino in hand And gorgeous Italian men - could life get any better? |

i hate:
feeling ignored
abused
used
betrayed
forgotten
bossed around condescendingly
not feeling loved
not feeling respected
being taken advantage
being lied too
stringed along
people that don't care
being lonely
having no hope
losing hope
things that start slipping away, and you can't stop it
not knowing my place in this world
being deceived
not being given the benefit of the doubt
(i haven't felt a lot of these recently, but life in general, i hate these things).
i want:
to love and be loved
to give as much of myself as i can and simply receive a thank you in return
to make people happy
to be needed by others (think nursing is good for that?)
to travel (italy and australia are on the top of the list)
lots of dogs
kids someday (hopefully boys...haha)
jet ski's
kayak
lots of land wherever i end up so my dogs can run everywhere
a garden...that i may or may not want to take care of...haha
to take boxing or kickboxing
to coach softball again at some point
to give people more chances than they deserve
that's all i have for now...feel free to respond with your thoughts

Well,
I feel that since miss McDonough is taking the time to update I shall do the same. Nothing to new, if anyone knows what has been new or what was new...anyways...lol.
I should be starting my job next week as a pharmacy technician. I start my first class september 20th. Well, sort of a class. It's Anatomy online and I have labs on sundays 1-5 pm. Hopefully it won't be too bad. I will be finishing up applying for the nursing program at OSU. A big factor in that I think will be my GRE score. I am currently studying for that and i'm glad I bought a study guide book thing. It is helping reviewing over a lot of stuff. The GRE is basically a little harder version of the SAT.
My sister is the final stages of closing on her condo and should hopefully be moving in by the end of the month! I'm excited for her, not so much that she's getting out of the house anymore, but that she is finally going to have her own place. Then she also plans on buying a new HORSE, that's right - a horse, at Quarter-Horse congress in October. She is funny, she was looking at information on horses for sale on line and she was literally drooling (not even from pictures, just descriptions).
Well, can't think of much else to say. I haven't been working so i've just been a bum watching TV and studying. It's kind of nice but it will be nice to start something new.
peace out
